PP FILLS
Our PP Splash Fill is used in both counterflow and crossflow towers that produces heat transfer via droplet generation. The highly engineered drip design provides maximum thermal performance in a compact module. This PP Fill vertical, offset-flute, fouling-resistant design is ideal for applications where the circulating water has very high levels of suspended solids, such as in river or seawater applications.
Benefits:-
Modules provide a minimum crush resistance of 500 psf(24 kN/m2), which is five times the typical requirement.
Can be used above PVC film fills for high-temperature applications.
Maximum continuous operation at 176°F (80°C).
Available in standard 48” and 72” pack lengths.
